Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care preferred.
Demonstrated competency with documentation systems used in SNF settings preferred.
Client requirement: ability to cover a 36-hour work week as indicated by facility weekly work guidelines.
Client requirement: adherence to a 14-day cancellation notice policy.
