Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar in Huntington Station, NY is looking for an Experienced General Manager to join our team!

Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar is a high-energy, fast-paced environment where we work hard, have fun, and create memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for a strong, experienced restaurant leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and driving results.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service, upscale, or high-end restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who is ready to take ownership of the operation, develop a strong team, and continue building on the success of our Huntington Station location.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Lead, motivate, and develop the management and hourly team
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and retain top hospitality talent
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
• Manage budgets, labor, food costs, and other operational expenses
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
• Ensure all company, health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently followed
• Partner with upper management to develop and execute strategies that support business growth
• Identify challenges and implement creative, effective solutions
• Maintain the energy, standards, and culture that make Rocco’s Tacos a unique guest experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Experience in an upscale, high-end, or high-volume hospitality environment preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Toast POS
• Restaurant 365 preferred
• Proven experience managing sales, labor, food costs, and restaurant profitability
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, training, and employee development experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must be passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
