Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Appropriate certification/licensure for Speech-Language Pathology

• Confidence supporting a caseload spanning K–12
• Familiarity with a range of needs, from moderate to profound
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to each learner’s requirements
• Commitment to fostering growth and inclusion within school communities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging speech-language therapy to students, customized to individual educational and developmental goals
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop evidence-based intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support personnel to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records of progress and communicate regularly with all stakeholders
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights to shape effective student plans
