Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care across multiple clinical settings. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while serving diverse populations, including rural and community-based patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across a variety of clinical settings, including:
• Operating Room (OR)
• Pain Management Suite
• Endoscopy
• Labor & Delivery
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical and procedural cases
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain control
• Participate in trauma call coverage within a Level IV Trauma Center
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Adhere to patient safety protocols and clinical best practices

Work Schedule & Structure

• Full-time position
• Rotating or scheduled trauma call responsibilities
• Practice in both hospital and procedural care environments
• Team-based, collaborative care model

Qualifications

• Current NBCRNA certification (required)
• Eligibility for state licensure (Colorado and/or New York as applicable)
• DEA registration eligibility required
• Strong clinical knowledge of anesthesia practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to serving rural and community-based populations
