Customer Service Associate II

Role Summary Your positive, friendly disposition and eagerness to get things done make you the right person to join our team as a Customer Service Associate II. You’ll assist with daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and be cross‑trained to support the cash register as needed. Responsibilities Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely in accordance with productivity standards Merchandise and stock as needed Assist with store cleanliness, including bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain security of cash and company assets Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height; meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills required Strong organizational and communication skills required Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required High level of integrity required Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required Benefits Medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Retirement plans Educational assistance Additional wellness resources and programs Additional Information Location: 3504 Williams Blvd., Kenner, Louisiana 70065-3415 Employment is at‑will; either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
