Outside Sales Representative – Railing Systems
Location: Southern California, United States
Job Type: Direct hire
We are an innovator in railing systems, providing complete solutions recognized for their quality, distinctive design, and performance. Our global team is dedicated to creating safe, stylish balustrades, handrails, and accessories.
The Outside Sales Representative will help develop the Southern California market through business development and account management within the assigned territory. This role reports to the Sales Manager, North America. We are seeking an ambitious candidate interested in growing with the company.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to sales strategy development for the Southern California market.
- Seek out new customers and develop business.
- Support and grow the existing customer base.
- Provide product information and technical support to fabricators, glazing contractors, and architects.
- Coordinate and verify quotations with estimators and inside sales teams.
- Drive growth in residential and commercial markets.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales position.
- Relevant industry experience, such as in construction, architectural products, or building materials.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong sales focus and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Willingness to travel as required within the territory.
