Role Overview The Concierge Front Desk Coordinator is the first impression of Allure Aesthetics and plays a key role in creating an atmosphere of luxury and care. More than a receptionist, this individual embodies the concierge mindset—anticipating needs, ensuring a flawless client journey, and representing the Allure brand with poise and warmth. This role requires a balance of hospitality, operational excellence, and aesthetic industry knowledge. The right candidate will excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and will set the standard for professionalism and client care. Key Responsibilities Welcome and host clients with a polished, concierge-level approach that reflects our elevated brand experience. Manage scheduling, confirmations, and calendar flow for multiple providers with precision. Provide knowledgeable guidance on services, promotions, memberships, and aftercare, ensuring clients feel confident and informed. Maintain an impeccably organized front desk and lobby area, aligning with Allure’s luxury aesthetic. Coordinate client check-ins/check-outs, payments, and follow-up appointments seamlessly. Anticipate client needs—offering refreshments, making small thoughtful touches, and resolving issues with discretion. Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth daily flow and exceptional service delivery. Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and HIPAA standards at all times. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end aesthetic/medical spa environments. Refined communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage clients confidently and warmly. Professional, polished appearance that reflects our elevated brand image. Tech-savvy, comfortable with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and payment processing. Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
