Position Description (based in Eagan, MN): Step into an instrumental role with ClearPath Wealth Management – a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial LLC. Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced, friendly, private wealth advisory practice. This position ties directly to the overall business plan of the practice by providing client relationship and general practice management support through the gathering of client data, helping prepare client deliverables and touch points for prospects and clients as needed and in preparation of their meetings. This role further provides client relationship support by helping prepare preliminary financial plans and other client deliverables, coordinating and tracking business-as-usual projects, and trades. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when performing work activities. This position may involve ad hoc requests, such as coordination and tracking of projects as needed. Responsibilities and time allocation This is a 40-hour work week and may include additional duties as assigned by the advisory practice. Position function includes but is not limited to: Preparation of client and prospect data (‘pre-meeting prep’) Documentation of client interaction, contact, and trades in CRM Financial Planning implementation and updates Annuity and Insurance illustrations and reprojections Trading and documentation Key traits of a successful paraplanner: Attention to detail and organization Effective communication with clients, advisor, and staff Effective and efficient time management Ability to multi-task Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisors and Ameriprise Financial, LLC.
