Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist (Respiratory Therapist Registered - RT PEDS) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position involves providing comprehensive respiratory care to pediatric patients within the facility. Job Details

• Position: Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS)
• Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: July 20, 2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist license, Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric respiratory therapy, established licensing and credentialing in Wisconsin, and flexible to work overnight shifts.
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric respiratory care experience, certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Additional Information: The Respiratory Therapist will perform routine and complex respiratory procedures, operate ventilatory equipment, perform pulmonary function studies, assist in advanced procedures such as bronchoscopy and tracheostomy care, and ensure adherence to all policies related to patient safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include documentation, equipment maintenance, and effective communication with medical staff.
  Applicants must be prepared to work overnight and must meet all licensing and credentialing requirements prior to start date.
