Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree. Valid state veterinary license. Unwavering commitment to emergency care: self‑directed, committed ongoing learner, driven to continuously improve, up‑to‑date with industry developments, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality. Strong decision‑making skills, outstanding analytical capacity, attention to detail, and follow‑through. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment: multitasking and prioritization skills. Familiarity with Google Apps for Work and Cornerstone Practice Management software is a bonus. Tech‑savvy. Compensation and Sign‑On Bonus Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $160,000–$250,000. Relocation assistance. Sign‑On Bonus of up to $100,000. No non‑compete clause. This position is eligible for production compensation with no negative accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.
