Description

We are seeking a high-volume, full-cycle recruiter to support staffing needs across multiple departments. This is a fast-paced, transactional role requiring strong organization and responsiveness. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for ~280 openings
Source, screen, and move candidates through the HRIS system
Ensure timely onboarding and contract completion
Maintain frequent communication with hiring managers
Collaborate with a small TA team

Requirements

High-volume recruiting experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred (not required)
