Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Develop and structure creative testing strategies to improve campaign performance and scale learnings
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and provide actionable optimization recommendations
- Assess potential performance challenges including creative fatigue, tracking discrepancies, attribution issues, and audience performance
- Translate data insights into clear, concise presentations and slide decks for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams while maintaining strong communication and presentation skills
- 4-6 years of experience in paid social/media buying and performance marketing
- Deep hands-on platform experience with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads Manager
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose campaign performance issues and optimize accordingly
- Experience interpreting performance data, spotting trends, and communicating insights effectively
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional campaign management
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including building concise stakeholder-ready slide decks
- Exposure to paid search campaigns is a plus
- Experience supporting app install/mobile acquisition campaigns
- Familiarity with mobile attribution and measurement partners (MMPs) such as Branch, Adjust, Singular, Mixpanel, or AppsFlyer
- Understanding of app tracking limitations, attribution models, and mobile measurement best practices
