• Hours: 25 Hours per week

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + mileage reimbursement

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our care team. As a Float DSP, you will provide high-quality, person-centered support across multiple residential locations or home-care settings. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves meeting new people, and can seamlessly step into different environments to save the day. [1, 2]

What You Will Do

• Provide Adaptable Support: Fill scheduling gaps and support different clients based on regional workflow needs.

• Daily Living Assistance: Help clients with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks.

• Community Engagement: Accompany individuals to appointments, social outings, and community activities.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely shift logs and progress notes.

Available hours

Daytime: approximately 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Afternoons: approximately 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Evenings: approximately 3:00 PM - 8 PM

Every other weekend required

What We Look For

• High school graduation or GED

• Flexibility: Willingness to work a variable 25-hour weekly schedule across different local sites.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a DSP, caregiver, or similar role preferred.
