Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide care to L&D patients, including during delivery
• Attend to postpartum moms and newborns
• Offer Gyn surgical postop care
• Utilize fetal monitors, vital signs monitors, and OBIX documentation
• Support NB nursery and NICU when needed

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in L&D
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring
• Willingness to work nights and some days; float to NB nursery and NICU
