Role Overview Pilot flying for Envoy Air, with a growing fleet of Embraer 170 and 175 aircraft, industry-leading pay and a contractual path to American Airlines. What We Offer Pay Envoy pilots are the highest paid compared with peers at other regional airlines, national, LCC, ULCC and cargo carriers. Higher pay rates than non-American Airlines Group regional carriers: 6% higher for First Officers and 10% higher for Captains. Pilot Supply Premium: 50% added to the hourly rate for all pilot hourly rates through 31 December 2026. Reach 750 hours and move straight to Captain pay. Pilots with Part 121 experience receive a 1:1 longevity match.
