Community Health RN for Primary Care & Outreach
ZUFALL HEALTH CENTER INC
Zufall Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to support our primary care services across clinic, mobile health van, and community settings. You will work with the care team to provide patient-centered, cost-effective, high-quality nursing care and to coordinate services across multiple providers. Responsibilities include triage, patient education on vaccines and procedures, and documentation in the EMR.
