Crunch Fitness is searching for a TOP GUN to lead our Sales and Member Services Team.

What We Look for:
A genuine leader with the innate ability to CREATE a passionate and energetic sales team.

Top Three Must Haves

• Primary passion is Fitness.
• Leader with compassion for people, with the ability to encourage staff and members toward the desired behaviors.
• Ability to teach, demonstrate, and coach teams to execute the playbook 100% of the time.

Role Brief:

• SME for all presentations, assets, marketing, events, and tours.
• Lead Huddles and Team meetings.
• Establish daily assignments, agendas, call drives, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct Performance reviews and establish the compensation plans.
• Conduct outreach events.

Experience Required
