Primary Purpose

You will be responsible for the complete customer experience, including 100% customer satisfaction, proper image, diagnosis of, and providing expedient solutions for customer problems. This role description describes the details.

Heres what youd be doing as an HVAC Service Technician:

• Responding to heating and cooling service requests, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Presenting options for repairs and making additional recommendations to serve customer needs and wants
• Assist customers and collect for work performed upon completion

NO INSTALL WORK REQUIRED

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. Possess a valid drivers license and a clean record.

2. Universal Refrigerant Certification

3. NATE Air Conditioning Service, Gas Heating Service, Universal refrigerant certification. *** We offer training programs for NATE Certification. ***
