As a Toddler Teacher at KOVA - Santa Fe, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and learning.
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where toddlers feel safe and supported.
• Monitoring and supporting the developmental milestones of each child in your care.
• Collaborating with parents to share updates on their child’s progress and development.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Following all safety and childcare guidelines to ensure the well-being of every child.

We’re searching for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. To be successful in this position, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience working with young children, preferably toddlers.
• A genuine love for working with children and a nurturing personality.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• The ability to create a structured yet flexible learning environment.
• A proactive and patient approach to problem-solving and classroom management.
