Position Highlights

• Groundbreaking Opportunity Be part of the founding team of a brand-new hospital-employed anesthesiology group.
• Diverse Case Mix Work across general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB, neurosurgery (elective), oncology, and cardiology (TEE & EP).
• High-Volume Low-Acuity Practice Thrive in a fast-paced, well-equipped hospital, with anesthesiologists predominantly doing their own cases.
• Flexible & Manageable Call Choose between different call coverage services to accommodate personal and professional preferences, with post-primary call day off.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Guaranteed W-2 base of $600,000, or higher 1099 options.
• Sign-On Bonus $300,000 ($150,000 upon signing, $150,000 at start date).
• Call Pay $2,000 per shift after required call minimum.
• 10 Weeks of PTO Paid annually for work-life balance.
• Malpractice Insurance Tail coverage fully covered after three years.
