We are hiring an experienced Automotive Controller with strong CDK Drive expertise to lead our accounting operations and ensure timely, precise financial reporting that drives smart decisions. This is a leadership position for someone who takes ownership and sets the standard. What You’ll Lead Oversee all dealership accounting functions using CDK Drive Deliver accurate monthly financial statements by the 10th of each month Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial schedules Ensure factory reporting and lender requirements are accurate and on time Maintain strong internal controls and safeguard company assets Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and compliance processes Partner with the GM and department leaders to drive performance Develop and hold the accounting team accountable to high standards What You Bring 3+ years of dealership Controller or Assistant Controller experience Advanced knowledge of CDK Drive Strong understanding of dealership financial statements Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail Confidence to enforce process and protect the company High character and personal accountability Our Core Values At Valor, how we operate matters just as much as what we produce: Integrity – We do what’s right, even when it’s hard.
