Shifts: 8 am to 5 pm, Mon-Fri, with 2 weekend days per month

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a Travel opportunity in Providence, RI. This role is essential in providing physical therapy evaluation and treatment for patients based on physician referrals. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and assessments.
Review patient records for diagnosis, history, precautions, and contraindications.
Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patient independence and function.
Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and patient progress.
Communicate patient needs and progress with treatment teams, physicians, and families.
Consult with medical providers regarding evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge.
Recommend and assist in securing adaptive equipment to improve patient function.
Maintain and submit all required documentation in a timely manner.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides in accordance with state practice acts.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

Compact license RI
Experience with Homecare, HCHB, and Home exercise planning
Oasis proficiency required
