As a Patient Authorization & Referral Representative for US Family Health Plan (USFHP), you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time—without delays. In this fast-paced, patient-focused role, you’ll be the expert navigating referrals, verifying authorizations, and coordinating with providers and clinical teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to service helps eliminate barriers to care and creates a seamless experience for patients and families who rely on USFHP. Provides the administrative functions needed to support a smooth, efficient referral process; assists the utilization review and case management nurse with management of referrals and monitoring or institutional patients. Previous experience in UR, health plan, or managed care environment. Preferred Qualifications LPN or health data services coder.
