Travel Physical Therapist - $2,184 per week

Job Overview MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Monterey, California. The position begins on May 25, 2026 and lasts 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and successful completion of the NPTE. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification.
