Proficient in decontamination, assembly, sterilization, case carts and scope reprocessing. Also proficient in the following service lines: Ortho, Neuro, CT, Trauma, Vascular, Oral, Plastics, ENT, and General surgeries. No time off granted requests during first contract. Core (HIPAA) exams required to be completed for compliance. No call required. Profile MUST include type of service line instrument experience (GYN, ortho, etc)- must have experience in all but 2 of listed services. Must be experienced with fiber optics. All of these requirements are hard stop. If profile doesn't contain type of service line instrument experience- screen to manager.
