We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Lead to partner closely with the Property Manager in leading daily operations, guiding a skilled maintenance team, and ensuring our community remains safe, attractive, and operating at its highest level. This is more than a maintenance position—it is an opportunity to take ownership of a thriving community, mentor team members, and play a key role in the success of the property. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating projects, and finding solutions that enhance both resident satisfaction and property performance. Candidates must possess a current HVAC license and demonstrate strong technical knowledge in building systems, preventive maintenance, and repairs. CPO certification or prior pool operations experience is preferred. WHO WE ARE: Scottish Towers II Apartments SUMMARY OF ROLE: The Maintenance Director plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to assist in supervising the daily activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Executive Director to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. One call every three weeks.
