YesEssential FunctionsProvide leadership and guidance to the anesthesia technical team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.Coordinate the procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of anesthesia equipment, supplies, and medications.Ensure availability, functionality, and proper functioning of anesthesia equipment, such as monitors, ventilators, and anesthesia machines.Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for anesthesia technicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, safety standards, and best practices.QualificationsEducation: Associate's Degree Related Field of Study requiredCan this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
