Senior Client Solutions Manager - Influencer Marketing Agency & SaaS Tech - Beauty Vertical *This role requires experience at an influencer marketing agency/tech working mostly with enterprise beauty clients Remote Role Based in the USA work EST Hours Up to $110k base + OTE I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing, AI-powered global influencer marketing agency that is shaping the future of creator marketing—where data, creativity, technology, and performance come together. This agency works with leading enterprise brands across fashion, beauty, and e-commerce to deliver culturally relevant creator campaigns at scale. Backed by Series A funding and powered by a proprietary technology platform, they are known for delivering high-performing creator activations with guaranteed results. The Opportunity They’re looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to join their Client Solutions team. This role sits at the intersection of client partnership, strategy, and execution. You’ll own a portfolio of enterprise beauty accounts, acting as a trusted advisor while driving strong delivery, retention, and growth. Reporting into the Head of Client Solutions, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks proactively, and knows how to turn strategy into action. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership Serve as the day-to-day lead for multiple enterprise beauty clients Build trusted, long-term client relationships and act as the primary point of contact Represent the client internally, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver against goals Identify opportunities for account expansion across new markets, formats, or creative solutions Strategic Communication & Reporting Translate insights, performance results, and feedback into clear strategic recommendations Deliver polished, executive-ready updates, presentations, and performance reports Partner with strategy and product teams to communicate results against KPIs and inform future planning Campaign Execution Oversight Own timelines, scopes, deliverables, and overall quality of execution Ensure campaigns are delivered on-brand, on time, and on budget Anticipate challenges and drive solutions quickly to maintain momentum *You will not be running the campaigns yourself as they have Campaign Managers doing that role but you should have a campaign management background Growth & Retention Play a direct role in client retention and revenue growth, with accountability for Net Revenue Retention Align campaign strategy to client objectives and stakeholder success metrics Build long-term partnerships that lead to repeat and expanded business Project & Performance Management Lead large-scale creator programs from kickoff through wrap Track performance, forecast outcomes, and use insights to guide both execution and long-term strategy What They’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or client-facing account management You must have been managing mostly beauty clients Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and platform dynamics, particularly TikTok and Instagram Experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect performance to retention and growth Excellent communication skills across both client-facing and internal audiences Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Please click apply if this sound interesting and you got what it takes!
