Our client specializes in custom-engineered solutions for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a professional manufacturing setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading G-code and M-code; experience with Haas or Fanuc controls is a plus. Measurement: Expert ability to use precision measuring instruments. Materials: Experience working with stainless steel and high-nickel alloys (Hastelloy) is highly preferred. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical trade school certification is a bonus. salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Setup & Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines. Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances. Quality Control: Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges to ensure parts meet strict QC standards. Tooling: Select and install appropriate cutting tools, attachments, and accessories. Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
