We are seeking an experienced Senior – Assurance professional to join our team. This position plays a key role in leading and executing assurance engagements while providing excellent client service, supporting team development, and ensuring engagements are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day assurance engagements, including planning, fieldwork, documentation, and completion.

Apply GAAS, GAAP, and firm methodology when performing and reviewing audit procedures.

Review workpapers, financial statements, disclosures, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Evaluate risks, research technical accounting and auditing issues, and exercise sound professional judgment.

Maintain proactive communication with clients and provide practical recommendations to improve processes, controls, and financial reporting.

Supervise and mentor staff, provide on-the-job training and feedback, and review team members' work.

Coordinate engagement staffing, assignments, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Work closely with managers and partners to resolve engagement issues and manage risk.

Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, WIP, and billing to help ensure profitable, on-time delivery.

Utilize firm technology, data analytics, and approved AI-assisted tools to improve audit quality and efficiency.

Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients and participate in practice development activities.
