Job Details Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized, evidence-based behavioral services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. The ideal candidate is a collaborative clinician who is passionate about high-quality ABA therapy, caregiver involvement, and helping children achieve meaningful developmental milestones. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs. Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and ongoing support to behavior technicians and direct-care staff, as applicable. Analyze clinical data, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust interventions based on client progress. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary therapy professionals to support treatment goals. Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Promote evidence-based, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate ABA practices. Qualifications: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Applicable state licensure, if required. Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of functional assessments, behavior intervention planning, and data-driven clinical decision-making. Excellent communication, collaboration, and caregiver education skills. Commitment to ethical practice, individualized care, and positive clinical outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pediatric or multidisciplinary therapy environments. Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or other clinical support staff.
