As the Central Intake Assistant you will play a vital role in coordinating with our facility, building relationships with referral sources, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Administrative Assistant position.
• Requires computer experience.
• Ability to be detail oriented essential. Medical terminology/Medical insurance processing a plus but not required.
• Hours 11:30am-8pm (or 10:30am-7pm) M-F
• Ability to work independently.
• Central AR area preferred but anywhere close to a Blossoms facility is fine.

Qualifications:

• Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
• Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills with a strong focus and determination.
• Must be a team player, highly organized, and possess a positive attitude.
