Role Summary As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will own the full‑cycle recruiting process—from sourcing top talent and crafting engaging job postings, to managing offers, conducting background checks, and overseeing new‑hire orientation. You will also aid with international visa programs, job fairs, and light HR administration. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruiting, ensuring each new hire feels valued and integrated into the team. Develop and negotiate competitive offers that attract top talent. Write and refine job postings to create compelling invitations for candidates. Coordinate and complete background checks efficiently and accurately. Plan and execute hiring events and job fairs. Support HR administrative tasks to keep processes smooth. Assist with J1 and H2b visa program operations. Facilitate new‑hire orientation to onboard talent effectively. What You Bring to the Table Passion for recruitment and people. Strong organizational skills with a thorough, color‑coded approach. Excellent written and verbal communication, including drafting job descriptions and negotiating offers. Experience or interest in international recruiting and visa programs. Qualifications 1+ year of HR or Talent Acquisition experience (Recruiter, HR Generalist, Sourcing, Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Administrator, etc.). Strong organizational capabilities, able to juggle multiple tasks. Ability to create clear, organized paperwork. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
