You will gain experience in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance, ensuring our warehouse facilities remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Additionally, this role provides opportunities to cross-train in other maintenance disciplines, including material handling equipment and refrigeration systems.**Key Responsibilities*** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including lighting fixtures, plumbing, and general building infrastructure.* Assist with electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision.* Support general mechanical repairs, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC maintenance.* Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.* Perform general grounds maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep.* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.* Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.* Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to support warehouse operations and facility improvements.* Cross-train in other maintenance areas such as material handling equipment (MHE) and refrigeration systems for career growth.**Qualifications & Skills*** Experience: Previous hands-on experience in building maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry preferred.* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and general facility maintenance.* Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.* Certifications: OSHA, electrical, or HVAC certifications are a plus.* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks in a cold storage environment.* Competitive pay and benefits package* Hands-on training and career advancement opportunities* Exposure to a variety of maintenance disciplines in an industrial setting* Opportunity to cross-train in material handling equipment (MHE) and refrigeration maintenanceStart your career in industrial facility maintenance with a company that values skill development and innovation.
