Personal Injury Pre-Lit Paralegal:
Dayton, Ohio Law Firm seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented pre-litigation paralegal to join our fast growing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the pre-litigation process and will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload throughout the pre-lit process
- Request, obtain, and review medical records and bills
- Communication with clients on a regular basis
- Prepare and organize demand packages
- Check account balances with medical providers
- Communicate with insurance adjustors
- Provide support to attorneys in negotiation process
- Perform other duties as assigned by the attorney and office administrator
