If you want to make a difference at the center of health, come join our innovative company and help us improve the lives of people and animals everywhere.This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.Summary of Role:Pay Details: $27/hr-$32/hr (DOE)Shift Details: Sunday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, or until completion of workAlternating Friday and Sunday every other weekResponsibilities:Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.Education:Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.Skills and Knowledge:2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.
