Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostics, and developing tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and treating acute, chronic, or episodic health issues alongside physicians or independently depending on your certification
• Guiding patients and their families through prevention methods, well-being practices, and disease management
• Administering prescriptions and therapies within your professional scope
• Engaging in follow-up care and chronic condition management
• Working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, cohesive care
• Accurately documenting all patient interactions in electronic medical records (EMR)

Required Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner training program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
