B2B Collections Specialist

We are actively seeking a Business-to-Business Collections Specialist for a short-term opportunity with a stable property management organization. This is an immediate need with the ability to start as early as this week.

Location: North Plainfield, NJ (100% On-Site) Duration: 12 Month Assignment Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B collections and follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Communicate professionally with clients to resolve payment issues
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activity
  • Partner with internal teams to address account discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • Recent B2B collections experience required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Plainfield, NJ
  • Available to start immediately
