School-Based Therapists Needed PT, OT & SLP

Soliant is seeking school-based therapists for multiple full-time openings in the Leonardtown area for the 2026-2027 school year. We are currently hiring Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to support both Early Intervention and K-12 student populations.

Open Positions:

Physical Therapist (PT)
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Overview:

School year: August 10, 2026 - June 17, 2027
Full-time schedules
Openings include:
1 Early Intervention position (11-month assignment)
1 K-12 opening
Onsite only
School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students within assigned caseloads
Conduct evaluations and participate in IEP/IFSP meetings
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals and treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district/state guidelines

Qualifications:

Active Maryland licensure in applicable discipline (PT, OT, or SLP)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Experience & Education:

Appropriate graduate degree required for discipline
Prior school-based or early intervention experience preferred

Work Hours:

Full-time school schedule (approximately 35-40 hours/week depending on assignment)

Employment Type:

Contract - W2

Compensation:

Starting at $51/hour DOE (average ~$53/hour, negotiable depending on years of experience)
