Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address their mental health concerns.

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions for individuals, couples, and families, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet diverse client needs.

• Document treatment progress and maintain up-to-date client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are met.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights, collaborate on treatment approaches, and enhance the overall care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n
