What You'll Do: Administer medications and treatments (within LVN scope) Monitor vital signs and patient condition Provide pediatric care (including G-tube care) Support and educate families on care plans Collaborate with RNs and care teams Document care and maintain accurate records Follow individualized care plans Report changes in patient condition promptly Participate in training and development What We're Looking For: Active California LVN license 1+ year pediatric or home health experience (preferred) BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-focused EMR experience preferred Ability to work weekends and flexible hours Equal Opportunity Employer: BrightStar Care is an EEOC employer.
