HCF is governe by n eleven (11) member Bor of irectors, the policy n finncil policy mking boy for the ssocition, n they esignte Chief Exective Officer (CEO) responsible for implementing their irection n mnging the ssocition's employees.


The ssocition entere into n greement with the Conty of Hmbolt to mnge the Hmbolt Conty Fir n Event Center. The ssocition cts s the Conty's gent to operte n mnge the Center. The Firgrons re locte in the town of Fernle n incles pproximtely 65-cres tht hoses exhibit bilings, livestock brns, historic grnstn, 1/2 mile irt horse rcing trck, miwy n crnivl lots. Incle on the property is recretionl vehicle prk with 6 site hooks n ry cmpgron fcilities.
