Whether you're an experienced car salesperson or coming from retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service, we provide the training, tools, and inventory to help you earn $50,000 to $100,000+ per year. No automotive sales experience required — we train the right people.

What You'll Do

• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle buying and leasing process from first hello to delivery
• Present new and pre-owned Hyundai vehicles, conduct test drives, and explain features, options, and pricing
• Follow up with leads, internet inquiries, and prior customers to build repeat and referral business
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the Hyundai lineup
• Hit monthly sales and customer satisfaction (CSI) goals
• Follow the dealership sales process and complete paperwork accurately

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
