Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative for daily operations at a storage facility. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, and maintain communication and safety. Duties and responsibilities include executing rentals; collecting payments; assisting the manager with collections on accounts; maintaining tenant files; assisting the manager with lien processes; executing truck rentals; and assisting the office manager. Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Previous experience in storage or in a rental/leasing environment is an advantage. Microsoft Office experience required, as well as the ability to adapt to use of new software. Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for tenants including executing rentals, payment collections, move outs, providing assistance. Maintain the office to be clean and presentable to all tenants and prospective tenants. Report to the Office Manager Provide general support to visitors Other duties as necessary. Skills Prior experience in customer service or as an Administrative assistant is a plus. Experience in Storage or in a rental/leasing environment is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment High School degree or equivalent required, additional education is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr JBCC
