POOL - RN-Registered Nurse Maricopa/Pinal/Pima Avondale, AZ, USA • Mesa, AZ, USA • Job Summary Community Bridges is currently seeking POOL Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at our multiple crisis and inpatient units. Qualifications Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license‑eligible within 90 days. At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, including both involuntary and voluntary. Ability to submit a minimum of 4 shifts per month by the 15th of the month prior. Valid driver’s license and vehicle for rerouting commute. Ability to work at all assigned units within hired region, as per central scheduling. Ability to reroute or change locations as requested per central scheduling. Ability to work crisis and inpatient units as assigned. Benefits Generous PTO accrual (5 weeks).
