Project Manager

Location and duration: This is 6-12 months, with potential for permanent employment in Manchester, NH. 5 days onsite. No relocations; there will be an in-person interview. Job Summary The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate manufacturing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of quality standards. This role requires effective cross-functional leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs. Lead cross-functional project teams to plan, execute, and deliver manufacturing projects on time and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations; monitor progress and adjust as needed. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, procurement, and other departments to ensure project requirements are met. Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management. Track and report on project costs, schedules, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing as necessary. Facilitate post-project reviews and lessons learned to inform future initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
