Joining a supportive team environment, the full-time Referral Program Coordinator will process referrals for ambulatory services, obtain prior authorizations, and schedule patients while working Monday through Friday in Tulsa, OK. Key responsibilities Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for ambulatory services, procedures, and medications Obtain prior authorizations and schedule patient appointments Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and communicate with patients via online chat Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) Strong understanding of referral processes in healthcare Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to consider hybrid or remote work options for highly qualified applicants
