Work Model: Remote / Hybrid (Mostly remote with occasional travel to facility sites)

Are you a dynamic healthcare sales, marketing, or admissions professional looking for flexibility without sacrificing impact?

We are seeking a proactive Admissions Director to drive census growth, forge healthcare partnerships, and guide families through the intake process across our Central Pennsylvania network. Enjoy the independence of working mostly from home , with occasional travel to build hospital relationships and visit our 5 locations in Elizabethtown, Carlisle, Millmont, and Richfield .

What You’ll Do

• Clinical & Financial Screening: Evaluate incoming medical records to ensure our facilities meet clinical needs; verify insurance coverage across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors.

• Referral Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and physicians throughout Central PA to maintain a steady pipeline.

• Census Management & Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inquiry, admission, and conversion metrics to achieve census goals and inform facility leadership.

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with nursing, financial, and executive teams across our facilities to ensure smooth resident transitions.

• Systems Management: Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and CRM software to track leads, manage documentation, and streamline intake workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

• Background: Proven experience in healthcare admissions , outside sales, marketing, or social services—preferably within skilled nursing (SNF), assisted living, or long-term care environments.

• Payer Knowledge: Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and local Pennsylvania healthcare regulations.

• Tech Literacy: High digital proficiency, including hands-on experience with EHR platforms (such as PointClickCare) and admissions CRM software.

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel periodically to our Central PA facilities (Elizabethtown, Carlisle, Millmont, Richfield) and local hospital partners as operational needs dictate.
