Customer Success Associate

Managing a constant flow of client requests, the full-time Customer Success Associate will own the Support Inbox and website chat, triage issues, maintain client communication, and assist with social media and reputation management, all while working remotely from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the daily flow of incoming support emails and chat messages, providing timely and professional responses Maintain a small portfolio of clients, ensuring ongoing maintenance and weekly communication to support their needs Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure complete setup of client services and assist with new orders proactively Required Qualifications Strong accountability and initiative, with a proven ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through Experience thriving in a high-volume, request-driven environment Proficient in using Google Workspace (G Suite), Slack, and project management tools like Teamwork Prior experience in Customer Success, Support, or Account Services, preferably in a fast-paced setting Comfortable using ChatGPT as a productivity tool in daily workflows Virtual Vocations Inc
