Exciting Hematologist/Oncologist Position in Phoenix!

Are you interested in a rewarding career at a VA facility? This is your opportunity! Our organization is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join the esteemed program at the Carl T. Hayden Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves providing care for Veterans suffering from both malignant and benign hematologic conditions, as well as solid tumors.

• Deliver specialty consultations for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in committees and engage in quality assurance initiatives.
• Assist the facility in achieving established performance metrics.
• Utilize your extensive training and experience to diagnose, stage, and treat hematologic disorders.
• Supervise and teach medical students and residents, contributing to their education.
• Meet the qualifications for an academic appointment at the University of Arizona School of Medicine - Phoenix.

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with minimal on-call duties.
